Booking accepted proposals in ZRWare (Zerorez)

ZRWare doesn't let other software send it jobs, so Zerorez locations book accepted proposals in ZRWare by hand. The ZRWare Booking Sheet makes that quick: everything ZRWare asks for, in the same order as its Booking screen, each with a Copy button.

Turn it on

Office web page → Settings → Connections → ZRWare booking sheet (Zerorez). It then shows on every sent or accepted proposal.

Book a job

  1. In ZRWare: the phone icon → your location → New Appointment / Re-Service.
  2. In Preflight, open the proposal. The sheet is numbered in the order of ZRWare's Booking screen — the left column top to bottom, then the right column:
  1. Copy Everything puts the whole sheet on the clipboard, handy for a note or an email to the office.
  2. When it's in ZRWare, type the ZRWare booking number (optional) and click Mark as Booked in ZRWare. The proposal shows In ZRWare, so nothing gets booked twice or forgotten.

Tax and totals

ZRWare figures its own tax. The sheet shows Preflight's tax and total so you can check they match.

QuickBooks

If ZRWare feeds your books, don't also let Preflight make invoices in QuickBooks for the same jobs — turn off "Create the invoice when a customer accepts" in Settings → QuickBooks, or leave QuickBooks unconnected for that company.
