Setup
Export customers to a spreadsheet
Owners and admins can download the whole customer list at any time — for a mailing, a backup, or to bring into another system.
How
- On the office web page, open Customers.
- Press Export CSV at the top.
- The file downloads as (your company) customers (date).csv. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
What's in it
One row per contact. A customer with no contacts still gets one row.
Columns: customer, type, site address, account, billing name and address, parking, entry notes, lead source, referred by, tax-exempt, archived, then the contact's name, role, phone, email, and whether they're the decision maker, billing contact or service contact, and the customer ID.
What's left out
- Door, lock-box and garage codes are never exported.
- Estimates, prices, photos and floor plans aren't in this file.
