Promo codes and employee perk codes

Promo codes

Settings → Promo Codes (also on the office web page).

  1. Add a Promo Code — the code (letters and numbers, like SPRING20), percent off or dollar amount off, and who it's for: everyone, residential only or commercial only.
  2. Optional: a description (printed under the discount) and an end date. Turn a code off any time with Active.

Using a code on an estimate

On the estimate (app or web), type the code under Promo Code and tap Apply.

Employee & customer perk codes

A perk code is a benefit you give a commercial customer to pass on to their employees or customers — for example, 15% off home carpet cleaning for everyone who works at Acme Dental.
