The crew job sheet

When an estimate is accepted (online, or saved as Accepted in the app) a job sheet is made for the crew. It shows The Price: each line and the total the customer was quoted, unless the company turned off Techs See Prices (Settings → Team). It also says whether the tech may change the price on site (see Price changes on site).

What's on it

Spots & Stains: after cleaning

Once you've treated the spots, tap Mark next to each one and pick what happened:

ResultWhat it means
GoneIt came out. The spot is drawn faint on the floor plan and drops off future job sheets, but the record stays. (Damage: Fixed.)
Lighter, Not GoneBetter, but still visible.
Didn't Come OutTreated, no change. It stays on the plan so the next estimate can set expectations.
Not TreatedSkipped: the customer declined, or it wasn't in the scope.

Tap Mark (or Change) again to Add a Note ("Rust — told the customer it's permanent"), Clear Result, or Delete Spot for one that was marked by mistake. Each result shows who set it and the day.

Estimators see the same choices under After cleaning when they tap a spot in the Floor Surfaces editor, and on the office web page next to each mark on the room's page.

Keeping it current

The job sheet updates every time the accepted estimate is saved. Change a room or a service, save, and the crew sees the change.
