Getting help
Most answers are already in Help. When they aren't, email support right from the app.
Look in Help first
- iPhone/iPad: the Help & How-To tab (under More, unless you moved it into the tab bar). Search at the top, or tap ? on a screen for the article about that screen.
- Office web page: Help in the top bar opens the help site in a new tab. Many pages also have a ? Help button.
Contact Support
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Contact Support, or the Contact Support row at the bottom of Help.
- Office web page: Contact support in the top bar, next to Help, or on Your Account.
Either one opens a new email to support@preflightcleaningpro.com in your mail app. Type your message in the space at the top.
What to include
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead — the exact wording of any error message.
- The customer or estimate it happened on, if there is one.
- A screenshot, if you can attach one.
